We invite you to join us in a class-action lawsuit against this company and its owner who fraudulently took our money under false pretenses by failing and refusing to provide service (2008 Winterization) for which we paid in good faith. They kept our money and flew the coop.
How much of our money did they take from us?
$65 x 2,000 customers = $130,000
$65 x 3,000 customers = $195,000
$65 x 4,000 customers = $260,000
$65 x 5,000 customers = $325,000
Nice haul. Somebody walked away with a lot of our money - and they didn't do what we paid for! And now we have to pay (again) somebody else for Winterization service?
Let's put him on TV in the Channel 2 "Hall of Shame."
Let's call for an investigation by the state Attorney General.
Let's see if the IRS is satisfied that he paid taxes on this income.

Not only that, but I received a recorded message at 7:35 p.m. Monday from Elite stating that they would give a $10 discount to those who had prepaid for winterization, give them a call for an appointment. What's up with that?
I got phone message & called number and found out it is Summertime sprinklers is takeing over Elite. I am mad she told me they are not doing people who paid for winterizeing unless I also pay them again. I want to join us class action to make law suit Jeffry Fieger or 1 800 call Sam.
I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO ELITE IRRIGATION CUSTOMERS, SUMMER SPRINKLERS, LEGALY PURCHED YOUR CONTACT INFOMATION FROM THEM NOT THE BUISNESS! THEY ARE OFFERING A $10 DISCOUNT OFF THERE PRICES TO HELP THE STING OF HAVING TO PAY TWICE!
I am so irate at this whole situation. I work hard for my money, and this is bull. After cooling down after hearing the news, I asked my neighbor who does his irrigation. He refered me to Capital Sprinkling. When I called, they answered and were very polite. (less expensive)
I called American Lawn Sprinkler. (810)796-3245 They been doing my neighbor's sprinkler for over 20 years. He says They're really professional and they winterize for only $55.00! I've heard a lot of good things about them. I'm going to use them. I dont trust any company associated with elite.
I wouldnt use Summer Sprinklers either
I'm feeling so used! In these times, who can afford this loss?! I called Summer & they weren't accommodating at all. They only seem to care about the big, business contracts, not the individual! I found Rochester Irrigation & Lighting & they have wonderfully fair pricing, extremely pleasant staff, & made me feel like I was their top priority! I have switched to Rochester Irrigation & Lighting & wish I'd found them sooner! So let me get this straight. Elite not only took our winterizing money they also profited by selling our information to Summer Sprinklers?
Any agreement between Summer Sprinklers and Elite Irrigation should at the very least include contract and warranty obligations.
If summer is not willing to honor these obligations I certaily wont be giving them any of my future business.

To be charged for a service and not have it performed is beyond reasoning. It makes all of us in this industry look bad.
