We invite you to join us in a class-action lawsuit against this company and its owner who fraudulently took our money under false pretenses by failing and refusing to provide service (2008 Winterization) for which we paid in good faith. They kept our money and flew the coop.
How much of our money did they take from us?
$65 x 2,000 customers = $130,000
$65 x 3,000 customers = $195,000
$65 x 4,000 customers = $260,000
$65 x 5,000 customers = $325,000
Nice haul. Somebody walked away with a lot of our money - and they didn't do what we paid for! And now we have to pay (again) somebody else for Winterization service?
Let's put him on TV in the Channel 2 "Hall of Shame."
Let's call for an investigation by the state Attorney General.
Let's see if the IRS is satisfied that he paid taxes on this income.
